Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and applicable airport or port authority permit
- minimum age of 18 for driving cargo handling equipment
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- capability to handle fast-paced work environment demands
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
- minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- strong attention to detail
- ability to learn and apply PC skills
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Perform computer data entry
- prepare all flight documents
- interface with U.S. Customs
- prepare all import and export documentation
- accept and distribute cargo according to regulations
- compile customer lists for sales leads
- solicit orders and communicate with customers to complete sales
- quote prices and prepare sales contracts
- estimate delivery dates
- comply with WFS security procedures
- report security breaches and suspicious activities
- handle cargo up to 70 lbs
- drive cargo handling equipment
- manage cargo retrieval and delivery documents to/from aircraft
- work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
