Job Requirements
- must be eligible for secret security clearance requiring us citizenship
- requires a bachelor's degree, stem degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in ADA operations with at least 4 years at BN or BDE level, 14A
- 2+ years of exercise design and Joint Exercise Life Cycle experience preferred
- must be knowledgeable in Joint Exercise Life Cycle, exercise design, and training management
- must be knowledgeable in joint planning processes, operations process, air battle management, and air operations center activities
- must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- must have excellent organizational, research, writing and communications skills to develop relationship with the customers and to understand and recognize their training requirements
- must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, establish priorities, organize work, and maintain performance under pressure and with multiple conflicting deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, STEM degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in ADA operations including 4+ years at battalion or brigade level, 14A
- 2+ years of exercise design and Joint Exercise Life Cycle experience preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as the lead AMD contractor planner and liaison for warfighter exercise planning and execution supporting 32d AAMDC
- provide AMD analytical support to plan, prepare, rehearse, conduct, and assess LSCO exercises including table-top exercises, mission rehearsal exercises, culminating training events, joint kill chain exercises, warfighter exercises, and unit sustainment training events
- support and enable integration of AMD into warfighter exercise design and structure based on command guidance
- coordinate and assist 32d AAMDC Action Officers with Joint Exercise Life Cycle events including exercise planning, scenario development, and scripting
- direct and oversee tasking, receipt, tracking, and closure of internal and external tasks and correspondence for LSCO exercises
- plan, organize, and prepare exercise products to facilitate joint air and missile defense operations within LSCO exercise environments
- attend all warfighter exercise planning events and prioritize team efforts in support of exercise development
- maintain oversight of all supported events and provide recommendations for manning, simulation integration, and overall exercise design
- provide technical and tactical expertise in implementing the 32d AAMDC Commander’s training guidance through planning, preparing, executing, and assessing training exercises
- develop knowledge management procedures to capture and archive lessons learned, best practices, and relevant data
- develop, refine, and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices supporting 32d AAMDC LSCO exercises
- maintain familiarity with current and developing U.S., NATO, and potential capabilities and tactics
- serve as subject matter expert in doctrine, exercise control activities, master scenario event list development/execution, and design/construct development for training events and exercises
- perform other duties supporting the joint training program such as developing plans, knowledge management, doctrine review, conference support, and related administrative tasks
