Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, or commercial strategy
  • At least 5 years experience in leadership roles
  • Proficient knowledge of global distribution systems, e-commerce platforms, and direct booking channels
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage large-scale commercial partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence tools
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, multicultural environments
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology platforms and digital innovations
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years in hotel distribution, revenue management, or commercial strategy
  • 5+ years in leadership
  • Deep knowledge of global distribution systems, e-commerce, OTAs, channel managers, and direct channels
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage large commercial partnerships
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and BI tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced, matrixed, multicultural environments
  • Experience with hospitality technology platforms, integrations, and emerging digital trends
  • Fluency in English

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute a global distribution strategy that drives revenue, market share, and channel performance
  • Oversee key partner relationships (GDS, OTAs, metasearch, wholesalers) and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Optimize channel mix, rate integrity, and inventory accuracy across all distribution platforms
  • Align cross-functional teams and advise commercial leaders on distribution, connectivity, and channel strategy
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of CRS, channel managers, booking engines, and connectivity platforms
  • Manage technology partner relationships and evaluate innovations (AI, automation, machine learning) to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Analyze channel performance, cost metrics, and market share to drive data-based improvements
  • Partner with Revenue Management to align distribution strategies with revenue goals and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across commercial teams
  • Provide training, communication, and performance coaching related to distribution strategy and execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal leaders, owners, and franchisees to ensure alignment on distribution initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and key networking events
  • Ensure distribution practices comply with global regulations, including data privacy, parity, and anti-trust requirements
  • Mitigate risks related to rate parity, excessive fees, fines, and reputational exposure
  • Partner with IT and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure, compliant distribution systems
