Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Food Handlers Certification compliant with State requirements

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including proper uniform and name tag
- comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations
- comply with certification requirements including Food Handlers and Safety
- maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
- have thorough knowledge of menus and preparation required
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas
- complete necessary food and station preparations prior to opening
- prepare and display buffet food items according to standards
- maintain post on kitchen line during operating hours
- prepare food for Banquets following specifications
- prepare and service food for Associate Cafeteria
- prepare all foods following standard recipes
- prepare specials under restaurant leadership direction
- breakdown buffets and kitchen line at meal end
- work banquet food stations as scheduled
- know the location and operation of fire extinguishing equipment
- practice safe work habits to avoid injury
- be familiar with hotel policies and emergency procedures
- use Production Charts as specified
- be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests and associates
- operate and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment
- maintain Clean As You Go policy
- assist in storage and rotation of food items
- sign keys out and in under supervision
- attend meetings as required
- perform other duties as requested by management
