- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- two years experience in professional floor care
- previous experience waxing and applying topcoat to various floor surfaces preferred
- two years experience in healthcare setting preferred
- basic computer skills
- ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends

Job Duties
- perform floor waxing and apply topcoats to a variety of floor surfaces
- conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of floors in designated Crouse Health locations
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards in floor care activities
- utilize basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- collaborate with Environmental Services team members to maintain overall cleanliness
- operate floor care equipment safely and effectively
- assist in the setup and breakdown of floor care tasks during evening shifts
