- comfortable with exposure to heat, cold, and water
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours
- strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency

- prior line cook or saute experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines
- prepare all food items as directed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- restock all items and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift
- adhere to all Spinato's recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
- uphold all safety, sanitation, and organizational practices
- assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- follow all proper food handling procedures as outlined by the local health department
- support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager
- maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a high-energy environment
