Job Requirements
- food handler certification
- ability to lift up to or over 50 pounds
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours consecutively
- able to work shifts up to 12 hours
- pass a drug test
- willingness to adhere to safety and food handling guidelines
- must be able to pass e-verify checks

Job Duties
- setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines
- preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- restocking all items needed throughout shift
- cleaning and maintaining stations while practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
- performing additional responsibilities as requested by the kitchen manager
- adhering to all Spinato's specifications and recipes
- adhering to all Spinato's policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook
- adhering to all proper food handling procedures as set forth by the local Health Board Agency
