The role of the Pizza Line Cook at Spinato's Pizzeria involves preparing and executing all food items at the pizza station effectively and assisting in other kitchen areas as needed. This full-time position requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and working in various environmental conditions such as heat and cold. Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours at one time
- Must be able to lift up to over 50 pounds
- Must be able to work shifts up to 12 hours
- Ability to work in environmental exposures to cold, heat and water
- Must pass a drug test
- Must be eligible to work and comply with E-Verify
- Store managers will contact and set up interviews with applicants that meet all requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines
- Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Restocking all items needed throughout shift
- Cleaning and maintaining stations while practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
- Performing additional responsibilities as requested by the Kitchen Manager
- Adhering to all Spinato's specifications and recipes
- Adhering to all Spinato's policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook
- Adhering to all proper food handling procedures as set forth by the local Health Board Agency
