Job Requirements
- Lift up to/over 50 pounds
- Exposure to cold, heat and water
- Stand for up to 8 hours at one time
- Work shifts up to 12 hours
- Food Handler Certification
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience in food preparation or a similar role preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines
- Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Restocking all items needed throughout shift
- Cleaning and maintaining stations while practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
- Performing additional responsibilities as requested by the Kitchen Manager
- Adhering to all Spinato's specifications and recipes
- Adhering to all Spinato's policies and procedures as stated in your employee handbook
- Adhering to all proper food handling procedures as set forth by the local Health Board Agency
