- kitchen experience
- stand, climb, stoop, or kneel
- ability to lift or move objects up to 40 pounds
- effective communicate with coworkers

Job Qualifications
- Food Handler Card
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- kitchen experience
- 1 year experience in high volume kitchen environment preferred
- knowledge of various cooking techniques preferred
- Korean food preparation preferred
- safely cook with gas and or electric stovetops
- effective communicate with coworkers
- ability to maintain a sense of urgency
- available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Setup stations
- restock supplies
- prepare variety of foods including meat, seafood, vegetables, stews, and cold items
- prepare sauces and garnishes
- date, label and store items properly
- temp check items
- clean and sanitize area, equipment, and tools
- communicate items shortages
- other assigned duties
