Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or marketing
  • Minimum 3-5 years of luxury hospitality sales experience
  • Established network in luxury travel segment including agencies, consortiums, and VIP planners
  • Polished communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with remote or destination properties preferred
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Adaptability to dynamic island environments
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 50% of the time, including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of luxury hospitality sales experience preferably in a resort setting
  • Established network in the luxury travel segment including agencies, consortiums, and VIP planners
  • Polished communication and presentation skills with a deep understanding of refined service culture
  • Experience working in or with remote or destination properties is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Proven track record in generating sales and growing partnerships within the travel trade sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 50% of the year

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract elite travel advisors and clientele
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international luxury travel partners, DMCs, and corporate clients
  • Represent the resort at global trade shows, roadshows, and exclusive sales missions in key feeder markets
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align brand messaging with high-end sales efforts and seasonal campaigns
  • Analyze market data and competitive trends to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Oversee contracting and rate negotiation processes, ensuring compliance with resort revenue goals
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for executive review
  • Ensure each client interaction reflects the resort's commitment to discreet, personalized service
  • Lead sales efforts targeting travel agents, tour operators, and travel agencies
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting travel products and services to travel agents and travel agencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing travel trade partners while identifying and developing new accounts
  • Identify market opportunities, attend industry events and trade shows, and prospect for new travel agency partners
  • Educate travel agents about the company's offerings, promotions, and value propositions through webinars, presentations, and in-person meetings
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to senior management
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Arrange VIP arrangements and amenities as needed for Site/FAM visits
