Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or marketing
- Minimum 3-5 years of luxury hospitality sales experience
- Established network in luxury travel segment including agencies, consortiums, and VIP planners
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- Experience with remote or destination properties preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Adaptability to dynamic island environments
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 50% of the time, including weekends
Job Qualifications

- Established network in the luxury travel segment including agencies, consortiums, and VIP planners
- Polished communication and presentation skills with a deep understanding of refined service culture
- Experience working in or with remote or destination properties is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Proven track record in generating sales and growing partnerships within the travel trade sector
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 50% of the year
Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract elite travel advisors and clientele
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international luxury travel partners, DMCs, and corporate clients
- Represent the resort at global trade shows, roadshows, and exclusive sales missions in key feeder markets
- Work closely with the marketing team to align brand messaging with high-end sales efforts and seasonal campaigns
- Analyze market data and competitive trends to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Oversee contracting and rate negotiation processes, ensuring compliance with resort revenue goals
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for executive review
- Ensure each client interaction reflects the resort's commitment to discreet, personalized service
- Lead sales efforts targeting travel agents, tour operators, and travel agencies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting travel products and services to travel agents and travel agencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing travel trade partners while identifying and developing new accounts
- Identify market opportunities, attend industry events and trade shows, and prospect for new travel agency partners
- Educate travel agents about the company's offerings, promotions, and value propositions through webinars, presentations, and in-person meetings
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to senior management
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness
- Arrange VIP arrangements and amenities as needed for Site/FAM visits
