- four plus years of executive chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment
- experience in an american tavern concept is strongly preferred

- oversee recipe interpretation and compliance to maintain consistency and minimize waste
- ensure all food preparation meets safety and quality standards
- coordinate tasting and trial events as part of hiring and quality control processes
- monitor inventory and manage cost controls to optimize kitchen efficiency
