Job Requirements
- proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
- knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills
- display a confident and professional appearance
- attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- high school diploma preferred
- ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
- must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties
- exceed guests's expectations by providing consistent, professional and courteous service
- promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment
- properly execute all necessary steps of service
- ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times
- provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
- report on time and in proper uniform, clocking in and out as required
- respond positively to guests requests
