Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with day-to-day property operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and sales
  • Responsible for goal setting, motivation and discipline of employees, labor expense control, control of general expenses and resolving guest related issues in accordance with company goals
  • Direct and manage property operations to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control
  • Oversee the guest service function to ensure corrective action is taken to resolve guest complaints and ensure superior guest service
  • Work in other areas of the hotel as needed to assist operations
  • Complete duties of General Manager during their absence
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
