Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year in restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong time and people management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety and restaurant health guidelines
- Open availability to work 30 or more hours per week, including opening and/or closing shifts
Job Duties
- Fulfill the job responsibilities of a Blender and Shift Lead
- Co-lead daily operations to guarantee a successful shift and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Hold team members accountable to company policies, procedures, culture, and brand standards
- Understand business goals and ensure team members have the resources necessary to achieve them
- Complete required assessments and coach team members based on assessment results
- Oversee training of team members, stay up-to-date on progress, and relay training needs across the department
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified Blenders and Shift Leaders including conducting interviews and orientations
- Maintain flexibility to arrive early or stay late to fulfill job duties
