Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year in restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong time and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with food safety and restaurant health guidelines
  • Open availability to work 30 or more hours per week, including opening and/or closing shifts

Job Duties

  • Fulfill the job responsibilities of a Blender and Shift Lead
  • Co-lead daily operations to guarantee a successful shift and deliver outstanding customer experience
  • Hold team members accountable to company policies, procedures, culture, and brand standards
  • Understand business goals and ensure team members have the resources necessary to achieve them
  • Complete required assessments and coach team members based on assessment results
  • Oversee training of team members, stay up-to-date on progress, and relay training needs across the department
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified Blenders and Shift Leaders including conducting interviews and orientations
  • Maintain flexibility to arrive early or stay late to fulfill job duties
