Job Requirements

1+ years of restaurant management experience
Hospitality mindset with a focus on customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Excellent time and people management skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with food safety and other restaurant health guidelines
Open availability and 30+ hours per week, opening and/or closing required

Job Duties

Co-lead daily operations to guarantee a successful shift and give customers an outstanding experience
Hold team members accountable to company policies, procedures, culture, and brand standards
Understand business goals and ensure team members have the resources necessary to achieve them
Complete required assessments and coach team members based on assessment results
Oversee training of team members, stay up-to-date on progress, and relay training needs across the department
Help to identify, recruit, and onboard qualified Blenders and Shift Leaders into the Better Blend team, including conducting interviews and orientations
Fulfill job responsibilities of a Blender and Shift Lead as needed
