Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- secondary education preferred
- one to three years clerical or administrative experience
- marketing and social platforms experience preferred
- real estate knowledge preferred
- knowledge of real estate, title, or mortgage business preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- accuracy, detail orientation
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent verbal and written communication including presentation skills
Job Duties
- Create brochures, flyers/postcards, marketing materials, and other promotional pieces
- prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and Brokers Price Opinion (BPO)
- create letters to clients and sales associate introduction cards
- set up and update client and customer databases
- maintain and update company and sales associate websites/pages
- perform data input and produce reports
- provide administrative support including email assistance, phone answering, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and billing records
- assist agents with marketing plan setup and training facilitation
- help new agents with office setup, MLS access, and equipment training
- serve as backup to other office staff
- perform additional assigned responsibilities
