- Must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
- must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- hospitality industry experience is a plus
- excellent verbal communication skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel
- assist guests with unloading luggage and escort them to their rooms
- work collaboratively with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
- go above and beyond standard duties to "be the difference" for guests and employees
- serve as a knowledgeable resource about hotel amenities and the local area
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor while standing for full shifts
