Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- minimum one year customer service experience or equivalent training
- authorized to work in the us as defined by immigration act of 1986
- pass criminal background check
- valid, unexpired driver's license
- ability to read, write, and speak english to understand instructions and interact with customers
- be at least 18 years of age
- availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- ability to attend required training
- well groomed and adhere to dress code policy

Job Duties
- process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage for size and quantity, assign seats
- provide information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, seating arrangements
- marshal in planes and push back the aircraft
- handle denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, re-accommodate customers, provide hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers
- assist customers with special needs, assist in boarding
- load and unload baggage and co-mail of various weight and dimensions
- operate heavy motorized machinery and equipment such as tugs, tractors, belt loaders, bag carts, push-back tractors, deicers
- enforce safety and security measures, monitor safety sensitive zones, ensure FAA and airport regulations compliance
- perform other duties as assigned
