  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Duties

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for visitors vendors and guests
  • Greets screens and directs visitors professionally
  • Verifies visitor identification and issues badges
  • Maintains visitor logs ensuring compliance with security protocols
  • Monitors lobby activity and reports suspicious behavior
  • Coordinates visitor access with agency leadership and security
  • Answers and routes incoming telephone calls
  • Responds to email inquiries and directs correspondence
  • Provides accurate information about agency services
  • Maintains a clean and organized reception area
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail and deliveries
  • Performs clerical duties including copying scanning and filing
  • Assists with maintaining office supply inventory
  • Follows safety evacuation and emergency procedures
  • Exercises sound judgment in sensitive situations
