Job Requirements

- Related clerical or customer service experience
- Knowledge of front office procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow security and safety protocols
- Basic computer proficiency particularly Microsoft Office

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Job Duties
- Serves as the primary point of contact for visitors vendors and guests
- Greets screens and directs visitors professionally
- Verifies visitor identification and issues badges
- Maintains visitor logs ensuring compliance with security protocols
- Monitors lobby activity and reports suspicious behavior
- Coordinates visitor access with agency leadership and security
- Answers and routes incoming telephone calls
- Responds to email inquiries and directs correspondence
- Provides accurate information about agency services
- Maintains a clean and organized reception area
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail and deliveries
- Performs clerical duties including copying scanning and filing
- Assists with maintaining office supply inventory
- Follows safety evacuation and emergency procedures
- Exercises sound judgment in sensitive situations
