Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work the specified shifts of 12pm-9pm tuesday-saturday and 1pm-9pm sunday-thursday
- willingness to learn and follow company baking procedures
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle baking equipment
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred but not required
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- good communication and teamwork skills
- passion for baking and customer satisfaction
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- prepare and bake cakes according to company recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area
- ensure consistency and quality control in baked goods
- follow health and safety regulations during food preparation
- assist with inventory management and restocking baking supplies
- support team members during peak hours to meet customer demand
- participate in training and development sessions to improve baking skills
