Job Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old with the intention to turn 16 within 6 months
- flexible schedule including weekend availability
- willingness to work part-time or full-time shifts
- reliable transportation to the work location
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in fast food or customer service helpful but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- willingness to learn and take direction
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite meals
- prepare McDonald's world-famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals
- keep the restaurant clean and inviting
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- operate kitchen and cash register equipment safely
