Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous corporate travel experience
  • knowledge of fares and ticketing rules
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with Global Distribution Systems preferred
  • reliable internet connection for remote work
  • ability to multitask using multiple computer applications
  • attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • willingness to collaborate and receive feedback

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a corporate travel counselor
  • understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel reservations
  • passion for excellence in corporate client service
  • proficiency in Native Sabre is preferred but not required
  • basic computer navigation skills with ability to multitask
  • professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • attention to detail
  • problem-solving skills with ability to resolve client issues independently
  • teamwork orientation and openness to feedback

Job Duties

  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for global VIP clients in multiple modes including air, ground, rail, and lodging
  • Use various Global Distribution Systems such as Native Sabre and Amadeus to manage bookings
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email
  • Act as a trusted consultant by proactively offering additional travel services in line with client travel policies
  • Provide creative solutions for emergent travel situations to care for high priority clients
  • Collaborate individually and as part of a team to meet customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics
  • Manage travel needs during any shift including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
