Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to word process at least 50 words per minute preferred
  • Relevant experience or training preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Pass criminal background check and drug testing
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Entry-level position
  • Relevant experience and/or training preferred
  • Ability to word process at rate greater than 50 words per minute preferred
  • Advanced MS Office software skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and screen telephone and personal callers, referring matters to appropriate staff or handling personally
  • Open and date stamp incoming mail for all departments daily
  • Pick up and deliver mail to the post office when necessary and assist with larger mailing projects
  • Route faxes appropriately
  • Process invoices by locating and attaching original receipts before routing
  • Maintain database interest lists for projects
  • Maintain reception, break room, and conference areas in an orderly manner including recycling
  • Prepare meeting rooms for meetings
  • Accept routine typing assignments and assist with mailings, filing, errands, data entry, or other clerical tasks for all departments
