Job Requirements
- previous medical experience in aesthetics or related fields
- knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- strong patient education and customer service skills
- strong organizational skills
- familiarity with aesthetic treatments and products preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- flexible availability
Job Qualifications
- previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or cosmetic dermatology
- knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
- strong background in patient education and customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- strong business acumen and superior organizational skills
- familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures highly preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties
- ensure patients receive an exceptional experience from initial consultation through follow-up
- promote services through strategic patient outreach and follow-up to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- leverage expert knowledge to provide value-driven recommendations that optimize patient outcomes and practice performance
- optimize scheduling to ensure efficient and timely coordination of appointments, consultations, and treatments
- maintain accurate patient records, including consultations, sales, and follow-up communications
- facilitate seamless coordination between clinical teams and patients for a consistent patient journey
- uphold an orderly and well-kept space, enhancing the patient experience throughout the med spa
- stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, new treatments, and product offerings to provide up-to-date information to patients
