Job Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or GED from an accredited school
- minimum one year of experience in assembly of small intricate parts and assemblies
- minimum one year of soldering experience
- able to demonstrate soldering proficiency through skills test
- able to pass IPC 610 and J-STD certifications after training
- U.S. citizenship status
- able to work under microscopes for long periods
- manual dexterity to perform repetitive assembly operations
- basic computer skills within a Windows environment
Job Qualifications

- minimum one year of soldering experience
- ability to demonstrate soldering proficiency through skills test
- capable of passing IPC 610 and J-STD certifications after training
- familiar with Electric Static Discharge precautions
- proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and PDF viewers
- motivated and a self-starter
Job Duties
- Read and understand technical documentation such as schematic diagrams and parts lists
- use hand tools for electronic assembly
- perform repetitive assembly operations with manual dexterity and reasonable speed and accuracy
- work under microscopes for long periods requiring good visual acuity
- work under minimum supervision
- demonstrate proficiency in soldering according to IPC 610 and J-STD guidelines
- use tools such as tweezers, jeweler's screwdrivers, torque screwdrivers and wrenches, pull test machines, and special equipment online stations
