Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in events management, production, experiential marketing, or a related field
  • Strong background in managing large-scale events, activations, or complex productions
  • Proven ability to advise on operational improvements, resource planning, and financial discipline
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with fabrication, staging, or scenic production a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable working in an advisory capacity (flexible time commitment, project-based engagement)
