Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in events management, production, experiential marketing, or a related field
- Strong background in managing large-scale events, activations, or complex productions
- Proven ability to advise on operational improvements, resource planning, and financial discipline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with fabrication, staging, or scenic production a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working in an advisory capacity (flexible time commitment, project-based engagement)

- Mentor project management and production teams, helping them adopt effective processes
