Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 to perform cooking duties
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • basic proficiency in English
  • willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments
  • ability to operate kitchen and cash register equipment safely
  • strong commitment to teamwork and customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepares workstations with supplies, foods, and condiments
  • prepares proper quantities of food according to department standards and guest needs
  • follows recipes and procedures to prepare food
  • maintains service and hygienic practices
  • cooks utilizing ovens, fryers, broilers, griddles, mixers, and knives
  • pre-portion or individually packages sauces, sandwiches, salads, and other items
  • operates a point-of-sale system
  • accurately handles food related tickets, coupons, gift cards, and fun money
  • reports hygienic or maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • properly handles, labels, stocks, and stores products including chemicals and cleaning supplies
  • protects guest belongings and turns in lost and found items immediately
  • cooperates with other departments to provide a positive guest experience
  • promptly notifies the security team or manager of injuries or emergencies
  • completes additional duties as assigned
