Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain NinjaZone Certification within one month of employment
  • Ability to obtain Rockwall Belaying Certification within one month of employment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in event planning or party coordination preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Party setup: decorate the party area, set up tables, chairs, and any necessary equipment
  • Activity facilitation: organize and lead games, crafts, or other planned activities for the party guests
  • Client and guest management: serve as the main point of contact for parents, answer questions, and handle guest needs during the event
  • Event execution: keep the party on schedule, manage the flow of activities, and coordinate with entertainers or vendors
  • Logistics and administration: handle bookings, communicate with clients, and complete administrative tasks like making phone calls and answering emails
  • Problem-solving: address any unexpected issues or last-minute changes with a positive attitude
  • Cleanup: break down and clean the party area, including tables, decorations, and any supplies used
  • Customer service: ensure client satisfaction and may assist with other store duties, such as helping customers and processing checkouts
