Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined with education and work experience
- multi-task oriented
- strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- ability to manage details and work under pressure
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Google Suite
- experience with Raiser’s Edge database preferred
- ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- ability to work at a desk and computer for extended periods
- ability to see, hear, and speak clearly
- ability to attend off-site functions potentially requiring travel by personal vehicle

Job Duties
- Assist with the coordination of activities throughout the Advancement Office to ensure efficiency and compliance
- manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for the Director of Advancement and team members
- maintain records, documentation, and files ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- monitor office operating budget and prepare purchase orders and expense reports
- devise invitations and develop planning timetables for Advancement-sponsored events
- work with colleagues to establish an annual calendar of events
- manage event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting
- coordinate schedules and participation for external constituents
- identify and book event venues and negotiate space contracts
- manage staffing and volunteer coverage for all events
- perform general administrative duties such as ordering supplies and overseeing office equipment
