- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to use various computer applications
- Customer service experience with tact and diplomacy

- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with three years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Skilled in customer service with tact and diplomacy while maintaining confidentiality
- Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, fundraising databases, registration software, and web design software
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work authorized overtime for events
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in college or university setting preferred
- Experience with Slate or other CMS platforms preferred
Job Duties
- Utilize database/CRM software to build online event registration pages
- Manage event and attendee lists in database/CRM
- Track RSVP status and maintain up-to-date registration lists
- Share registration updates and event reports with team members
- Print name tags and prepare event materials
- Coordinate faculty and student travel logistics including bookings and expense processing
- Assist with booking on-campus venues and provide on-site event support as needed
