- Minimum of two years of previous line cooking experience
- culinary degree or equivalent preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking techniques
- willingness to work multiple kitchen stations
- ability to work under moderate supervision
- knowledge of food safety practices
- flexible availability to work varied shifts
