Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining resort or high-volume kitchen
- strong understanding of cooking techniques flavor profiles and kitchen operations
- ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- passion for culinary arts and commitment to continuous improvement
- culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred but not required
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays based on resort operations

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and efficiency following recipes and plating standards
- assist with station setup mise en place and ingredient preparation before and during service
- maintain food quality consistency and presentation according to resort standards
- ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients monitoring freshness and minimizing waste
- follow all food safety and sanitation protocols adhering to health and safety regulations
- support sous chefs and fellow cooks by executing menu items and special event dishes
- monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
- maintain a clean and organized workstation ensuring efficiency during service
- other duties as assigned
