Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining, resort, or high-volume kitchen
- knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on resort operations
Job Qualifications

- strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and kitchen operations
- ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- passion for culinary arts and commitment to continuous improvement
- culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and efficiency, following recipes and plating standards
- assist with station setup, mise en place, and ingredient preparation before and during service
- maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to resort standards
- ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients, monitoring freshness and minimizing waste
- follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, adhering to health and safety regulations
- support Sous Chefs and fellow cooks by executing menu items and special event dishes
- monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
- maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring efficiency during service
