Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining, resort, or high-volume kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and efficiency, following recipes and plating standards
  • assist with station setup, mise en place, and ingredient preparation before and during service
  • maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to resort standards
  • ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients, monitoring freshness and minimizing waste
  • follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • support Sous Chefs and fellow cooks by executing menu items and special event dishes
  • monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
  • assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring efficiency during service
