Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining, resort, or high-volume kitchen
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and efficiency, following recipes and plating standards
- Assist with station setup, mise en place, and ingredient preparation before and during service
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to resort standards
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients, monitoring freshness and minimizing waste
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Support Sous Chefs and fellow cooks by executing menu items and special event dishes
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring efficiency during service
