Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- availability for full-time or part-time shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- compliance with all licensing requirements

- exceptional customer service skills
- proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
- prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- possession of state security license if required
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and verify identity
- guide visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- manage access control procedures
- perform regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
- inspect and report maintenance needs of security equipment
- respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- provide first aid when necessary
- prepare detailed incident reports
- communicate effectively with staff and emergency teams
- ensure overall safety of individuals and property
