Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in medical receptionist or related field
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proven success handling confidential information
  • Attention to detail in payment processing
  • Ability to work efficiently under changing priorities
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a medical receptionist or similar role
  • Comfortable using electronic medical records systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
  • Experience in multi-provider medical practices preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

  • Manage phone calls and patient inquiries
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Check in patients and verify information in electronic health records
  • Handle confidential patient information with discretion
  • Process patient payments with accuracy and integrity
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients
