Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in medical receptionist or related field
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proven success handling confidential information
- Attention to detail in payment processing
- Ability to work efficiently under changing priorities
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a medical receptionist or similar role
- Comfortable using electronic medical records systems

- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience in multi-provider medical practices preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Job Duties
- Manage phone calls and patient inquiries
