Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in medical reception or related field
- Comfort with electronic medical record systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work extended hours including some evenings and weekends with notice
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to work as part of a professional team
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in medical reception or front desk operations
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Experience working in a multi-provider medical practice preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Job Duties
- Manage phone calls efficiently
- Schedule patient appointments accurately
- Check patients in upon arrival
- Enter and verify patient information in electronic health record systems
- Make outbound calls as required
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion
- Provide excellent customer service to diverse patient populations
