Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or higher
- experience in culinary entrepreneurship or restaurant management
- strong knowledge of business management principles
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work evenings on scheduled days
- commitment to diversity and inclusion
- reliable attendance for weekly faculty meetings
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field
- proven experience in restaurant management or food service operations
- strong understanding of entrepreneurship and business planning
- excellent teaching and communication skills
- ability to engage and motivate adult learners
- prior experience teaching adult education preferred
Job Duties
- deliver instruction on business planning, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, and operational strategies in the culinary and hospitality industries
- develop and implement curriculum that meets adult learners’ needs
- provide mentorship and guidance on starting and managing food-based businesses
- facilitate interactive and practical learning experiences
- assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- participate in weekly faculty meetings
- collaborate with school staff to enhance program offerings
