Job Requirements
- must be 21 years or older to sell alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must pass background check and drug screening
- availability to work part-time hours including opening and closing shifts
- reliable transportation to job location
- adherence to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of alcohol sales regulations is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to lift and carry moderate weights
Job Duties
- stock adult beverage shelves and maintain inventory
- assist customers in locating and selecting products
- follow all legal and company policies regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the adult beverage section
- participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
- handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- support other grocery department tasks as needed
