Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid reliable means of transportation
  • Daily access to a PC computer with internet and email access
  • Must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday evenings
  • Ability to engage in considerable physical activity
  • Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
  • Must complete Responsible Alcohol Training
  • Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer conditions
  • Ability to travel and drive as required
  • Must be outgoing, approachable and engaging personality
  • Passion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding products

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year plus Brand Ambassador or bartending experience
  • On premise sampling experience is a plus
  • Responsible Alcohol Training
  • Significant experience in event marketing, demonstrations, sales, retail or grocery is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with management
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision
  • Ability to make oral presentations

Job Duties

  • Create brand awareness and positive impressions of the product by engaging consumers through sampling and distributing product and demonstrating product features
  • Interaction with consumers through sampling and distributing products and creating brand awareness and positive impressions
  • Responsible for ensuring brand talking points are communicated effectively with consumers
  • Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store and other venues to maximize sales and sales of related attachments
  • Successfully complete 3 events on a nightly basis
  • Formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links with customers
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts and staff within assigned areas
  • Develop promotional kits for all events through shared storage
  • Responsible for event set-up, sampling, and program breakdown
  • Arrive in designated apparel with required items to complete the event
  • Ensure demonstration area is clean, organized, and correctly set up according to the instructions provided
  • Provide feedback to Market Manager in order to improve sale of all brand products
  • Accurately complete and timely submit HR paperwork and reports online including call reports, expense reports, training certification quizzes
  • Participate in mandatory on-line training and conference calls
  • Attend initial training via on-line and conference call
  • possibly ongoing monthly product training, team meetings, client trainings
