Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year brand ambassador or bartending experience
- Must be 21 or older
- Responsible alcohol training required
- Reliable means of transportation
- Daily access to a PC with internet/email
- Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact with consumers effectively
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience
- On premise sampling experience is a plus
- Must be 21 years or older and have completed Responsible Alcohol Training
- Significant experience in event marketing, demonstrations, sales, or retail/grocery environment is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to make oral presentations
- Reliable means of transportation
- Daily access to a PC computer with internet/email access
- Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings

Job Duties
- Create brand awareness and positive impressions of the product by engaging consumers through sampling and distributing product and demonstrating product features
- Interaction with consumers through sampling and distributing products and creating brand awareness and positive impressions
- Responsible for ensuring brand talking points are communicated effectively with consumers
- Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store and other venues to maximize sales and sales of related attachments
- Successfully complete 3 events on a nightly basis
- Formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links with customers
- Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts and staff within assigned areas
- Develop promotional kits for all events thru shared storage
- Responsible for event set-up, sampling, and program breakdown
- Arrive in designated apparel with required items to complete the event
- Ensure demonstration area is clean, organized, and correctly set up according to the instructions provided
- Provide feedback to Market Manager in order to improve sale of all brand products
- Accurately complete and timely submit HR paperwork and reports online
- Participate in mandatory on-line training and conference calls
- Attend initial training and ongoing monthly product training, team meetings, client trainings as required
