Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or barback experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Physical ability to carry trays and push/pull carts
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ability to follow detailed service standards
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary workplace language
- Confident with personal style and appearance
- Good verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to train, teach, and motivate associates with patience
- Able to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work various shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to support co-workers throughout entire shifts
- Comply with Four Seasons category one and two work rules and standards of conduct
- Ability to describe all menu items including prices, cooking methods, allergens, and presentation
- Ability to carry and balance trays and push or pull carts
- Complete knowledge of Adorn service guidelines manual
Job Duties
- Oversee and assist the front of house team with beverage-related service
- Participate in continuous training on spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Present on cocktails and spirits during pre-shift meetings for daily updates
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional manner with guests and staff
- Perform delegated tasks and projects assigned by leadership
- Collaborate with room service coordinators, servers, cooks, chefs, stewards, and managers to facilitate service
- Facilitate communication between front of house and back of house teams
- Ensure guests receive responsive, professional, and gracious service
- Develop rapport with guests
- Describe menu features including changes and additions
- Answer food and beverage related questions regarding menu offerings
