Job Requirements
- physically able to walk, stand, and respond quickly throughout your shift
- comfortable working independently during overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts
- security license and/or CPR/First Aid certifications may be required based on local regulations
- calm, level-headed professional who naturally inspires trust
- detail-oriented, alert, and able to stay focused in quiet and active environments
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required
- skilled in de-escalation, conflict resolution, and handling sensitive situations with discretion
- familiar with basic safety protocols, emergency procedures, and reporting standards
- strong communicator in English
- bilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- monitor and patrol all areas of the hotel including guest floors, back-of-house spaces, entrances, and public areas
- respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and guest concerns
- maintain accurate records of daily activity, safety reports, and incident logs
- enforce property rules and regulations while treating all individuals with courtesy and respect
- conduct safety inspections and identify any potential hazards or violations
- collaborate with local authorities and emergency personnel when necessary
- provide escort services to guests and team members as needed
