Job Requirements

  • physically able to walk, stand, and respond quickly throughout your shift
  • comfortable working independently during overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts
  • security license and/or CPR/First Aid certifications may be required based on local regulations
  • calm, level-headed professional who naturally inspires trust
  • detail-oriented, alert, and able to stay focused in quiet and active environments

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required
  • skilled in de-escalation, conflict resolution, and handling sensitive situations with discretion
  • familiar with basic safety protocols, emergency procedures, and reporting standards
  • strong communicator in English
  • bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • monitor and patrol all areas of the hotel including guest floors, back-of-house spaces, entrances, and public areas
  • respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and guest concerns
  • maintain accurate records of daily activity, safety reports, and incident logs
  • enforce property rules and regulations while treating all individuals with courtesy and respect
  • conduct safety inspections and identify any potential hazards or violations
  • collaborate with local authorities and emergency personnel when necessary
  • provide escort services to guests and team members as needed
