- Experience in medical admitting department preferred
- Familiar with computerized registration systems preferred

Job Duties
- Promotes a positive image of Watson Clinic Surgical Center through patient and visitor interactions
- Verifies patient information and prepares admitting paperwork
- Initiates patient charts and labels them for daily surgical cases
- Collects payments and obtains signed consent forms
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace
- Communicates effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assists with clerical duties and mail distribution
- Trains new and current admissions staff
- Keeps patient waiting area tidy and replenishes refreshments
- Prepares patient information for the next day
