Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in healthcare admissions or related field preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
  • proficiency in computer systems and data entry
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in healthcare admissions or customer service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with healthcare information systems
  • ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet and assist patients during the admission process
  • verify and collect patient information accurately
  • enter data into the healthcare information system
  • coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth admissions
  • explain procedures and answer patient questions
  • ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards
  • manage patient records and documentation
