Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid state issued driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Experience managing content on multiple social media platforms
- Availability for local and out-of-state travel
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including CRM software
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience creating and managing social media content
- Experience in higher education admissions or student services preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems such as Slate or Blackbaud
- Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Develop content strategy and create engaging original content for social media platforms
- Manage social media content calendar aligned with admissions cycle and events
- Engage with audience by responding to comments and inquiries professionally
- Monitor and analyze social media engagement and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate on paid social media advertising campaigns including budget management
- Maintain and update admissions-related web content ensuring accuracy and appeal
- Stay current with social media trends and technologies for effective recruitment
- Manage assigned recruitment territory including planning and attending recruitment events
- Communicate with prospective students and families via multiple channels to guide admissions
- Review applications for admission and scholarships to ensure eligibility
- Coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment events with availability for evenings and weekends
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in CRM software
