Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in computer systems such as CRM, billing software, medical health records, Microsoft Office Suite
- typing speed of 50+ words per minute
- previous experience in a call center, medical office, or similar environment preferred
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow policies and procedures
- emotional stability and sound judgment
- willingness to work onsite in Denver, CO with potential hybrid option after 90 days
- Sunday through Thursday availability from 6:00am to 2:30pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficient in using computer systems including CRM (Salesforce), billing software, medical health records, and Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to type 50+ words per minute while maintaining professional conversation
- previous experience in a call center, medical office, or related environment preferred
- experience in substance abuse treatment settings (detox, residential, PHP, IOP) is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Job Duties
- Answer non-admissions and admissions-related phone calls, chat messages, and faxes
- Route inquiries to the appropriate department or person and follow up as needed to ensure timely responses
- Follow established workflows to process and document ICPC (Interstate Compact for Juveniles) requests
- Perform data entry tasks, including completing scorecards and maintaining organized digital records
- Work closely with team members across various departments to foster cooperation and efficiency
- Participate in weekly team meetings and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
- Follow Sandstone Care's policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, referral agencies, and community resources
- Exercise sound judgment and emotional stability, especially in challenging situations
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned to support the admissions department
