Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or Associate's degree plus 4 years related work experience
  • two years of verifiable work experience in college student services, instructional services, or marketing or sales in secondary or post-secondary educational settings
  • experience with data management software such as Recruit
  • ability to perform physical demands including prolonged desk work, tours, lifting up to 30 pounds, walking on various terrains, and driving
  • ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by phone
  • ability to use basic computer skills
  • possession of a valid Driver's License and insurability by the College
  • ability to follow policies and work collaboratively within Enrollment Management

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs department-wide recruitment events
  • coordinates all event logistics and staffing
  • serves as liaison between Admissions and academic programs, athletics, and support services
  • performs follow-up and evaluations of events
  • maintains the Lincoln Campus visit calendar
  • manages daily logistics for individual and group tours
  • schedules visits and communicates details with guests and staff
  • supports and evaluates campus visit programming initiatives
  • leads student recruitment team efforts including the Lincoln Campus Student Ambassador Program
  • hires, trains, and oversees student ambassadors
  • tracks student contacts for follow-up
  • manages student ambassador handbook, policies, and training
  • assists prospective students with admissions and enrollment processes
  • engages prospective students using various communication strategies
  • provides individual and group presentations and campus tours
  • enters, maintains, and analyzes recruitment event and student data
  • identifies enrollment barriers and supports enrollment and matriculation efforts
  • promotes a culture of belonging supporting diversity and inclusion
  • assists with development of marketing and recruiting materials
  • supports new student enrollment, welcome, and orientation programs
  • assists in public relations and outreach
  • develops cooperative relationships with other Enrollment and Student Affairs units and community agencies
  • coordinates referrals for College support services
  • participates in local, state, and regional recruiting associations
  • provides admissions information as requested
  • travels to all campus locations as needed
  • performs other duties as assigned
  • works varied schedules as required
