Job Duties

  • Maintains and updates facility orientation material for all new admissions
  • facilitates the completion of the patient/resident expectation questionnaire for all new admissions
  • inspects and ensures all subacute rehabilitation rooms are properly cleaned, maintained, and beds are made ready for new admission
  • welcomes new residents and their families into the facility
  • introduces residents to the staff and provides a tour of the facility ensuring all questions are answered
  • communicates daily with residents to ensure their needs are met
  • identifies any resident concerns and ensures prompt resolution
  • maintains a daily log with questions, concerns raised and follow up taken on steps to rectify any identified concerns
